Ludovic Doutreleau

Strategic Legal Advisor

Ludovic Doutreleau has been practicing as an attorney since 2000. He represents and advises a clientele of shareholders and companies in connection with equity transactions, acquisitions or equity investments, restructuring or when setting up in Switzerland or France.

Based in Geneva, he works more particularly with companies developing innovative technologies, particularly in the sectors of digital transformation, business or commercial aviation, as well as in the maritime and blue economy industries.

He began his career in white collar crime before joining, in 2000, the former representation in France of the New York law firm Cahill Gordon & Reindel, where he was involved in proceedings for the restitution of assets looted during the Second World War, international restructuring operations and the launch of pioneering startups in the web-economy.

In 2006, he founded Lyllner, a Paris-based law firm and startup incubator specializing in seed funding for innovation in the biotechnology and medical equipment sector. In 2008, Lyllner became the Franco-Swiss firm Entegon, marking Ludovic Doutreleau's orientation towards the aviation and maritime sectors.
